Men and women who work a full time job should not have to live in poverty and their good high paying jobs should not be outsourced overseas.

The No Child Left Behind Law should include funding and lead to advanced learning opportunities for all students. Education should also include Ohio’s New Third Frontier.

Senior citizens should have secure pension funds, with Medicare and prescription drug coverage and not be connected to some risky Wall street investment scheme.

To stimulate the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), tax breaks should be given to the middle class and not the elite.

We should change current federal law to reduce Ohio taxpayer’s contribution to national transportation projects and foster new economic development growth concepts that will duplicate Silicon Valley success models in each of the four counties within the Third District.

Working men and women deserve affordable health care and urgent attention should be given to the 45 million citizens with no insurance coverage at all. Health Care is not just for the elected, connected and the wealthy; it is a right for everyone.

We should support our troops and secure an honorable resolution to the IRAQ WAR
